Where have I been?

Where do I begin?! First things first, I would like to apologise for the lack of posts. I have been overwhelmed with school recently. Exams. Exams. Exams. There is no reason to explain.  In addition, to this I went through what ultimately many bloggers go through a ' writer block'; I had no idea what to write anymore.

So even though I am prioritising school over.... having a life, right now, since it's exam season, I needed to write this post just tot let you know where I've been. I feel like I owe it to you guys, I started my blog at the tender age of 11 (6 years ago), and always received the greatest amount of support from everyone. Furthermore, blogging just always felt like then perfect way to elevate the stress, by doing what I loved best - photography and blogging. I feel like I have gotten past the 'writer blog', since I've been feeling more inspired.

This year I really want to get back to blogging regularly, I am going to try and blog once a week. Hope that's okay with you.

I hope you understand. Much Love.

Why I love Spring? ✿

Hi there! How is it already the end of March?! The year is absolutely going so fast...slow down already! But aha I am not complaining because, I absolutely love Spring my all time favourite season :). On Saturday, I went out and saw some gorgeous flowers, and of course had my camera on hand to photograph them as you can see below. I don't know why but that just reminded me of  how much I love Spring!

Even though the summer weather is good, it brings with it a whole host of minor irritants:
When it gets too hot..and I mean HOT!
Wasps and flies start hanging round you
Topless people in restaurants and shops. I can just about cope with the sight of a hairy shoulder or two on the street, but not when it puts us off our food in a restaurant

  1. Festivals and Workshops. Food festivals, music festivals, art workshops etc. I love that there’s always something happening.
  2. Photography. I absolutely love photography; to be honest I find it more fun to photograph things during the Spring :)
  3. Spring cleaning. Seeing everyone else collectively clean this time of year inspires me to shuffle some things around in my bedroom.
  4. The days are longer. I feel more productive when we can do a lot more while the sun’s out and just hang out with friends without being put of by the cold weather!I never realised this until recent years, but having more sun actually affects my mood & makes me happier :)
  5. Fashion. I love Spring fashion; and make up the nudes and pinks are just great at the moment!
  6. Sunglasses. I absolutely love sunglasses, I brought to in the recent weeks.
  7. Spring flowers & cherry blossoms. I LOVE cherry blossoms; not only are they absolutely gorgeous - but also, great to photograph!

  8. Easter. It’s always a great reminder. And I also, love watching these kind of DIY's on YouTube too && aha of course the chocolate Easter eggs ;)!
  9. Making wishes.  Spreading dandelions all over the neighbourhood. ;) OOPS!
  10. Everything starts anew. Even though you make resolutions in January, I feel like I can hit the reset button in Spring. :)
I really hope you enjoyed this post and also, my photography had fun taking and editing them :)
Tell me what was your favourite picture & what is your favourite thing about spring?

Spring Term Break!

Hi everyone! It's finally half term! How are you guys feeling about spring break? I'm actually quite relief that its the Spring term break because, aha school has been driving me crazy. I had a lot of exams last term, so good to just chill and relax for a good two weeks!
Even though its a two week break; you will not believe how much revision and homework; I need to get through. I will basically, be using up most of my two weeks on revision. I have a lot of exams coming up in the following months, not to mention the two exams the first week back; so I need to revise, revise, revise*fingers crossed* its worth it and that I do well in my exams!
By the way would totally recommend the CGP books they are great for revision and summarise everything!
Yesterday, as it was the last day of the school term, my friends and I went to Starbucks we sat around and then we just walked around town really; as you can see in the pictures. I really enjoyed today not only did my l finish school early I also, got the opportunity to bring my camera in - which was a-m-a-z-i-n-g!
To be honest, aha I only go to Starbucks for this one frappe which is the classic Caramel Frappuccino: Blended Coffee and am actually not a coffee person but I do absolutely love it with this frappe!

I hope you enjoy your spring break and I'll see you in my next post which is one Tuesday :)
